We look forward to meeting Saturday, (Happy Valentine’s Day) February 14, from 10:00am to noon at the Mountlake Terrace Library, 23300 58th Ave W, Mountlake Terrace. Dr Anna Margolina will be presenting From Loss and Grief to Love and Growth: Hypnosis for Dealing with Death and Dying. Death and dying are topics most Western people are deeply uncomfortable with. Whether it’s their own end of life or if it’s someone close to them, they don’t know how to deal with it. Dr. Anna was fortunate to attend a presentation from a hospice nurse, who uses hypnosis in her work. When Anna started using the process she learned, she was astonished at the results. In this presentation, Dr. Anna will share this process and do a live demo. Anna will offer two giveaways – a book and a free 60-minute Zoom session! (Will you be one of the lucky winners?)
