Sri (Sir-rē) Rome [She/Her] will present Hypnosis for Grief, Loss, and Healing. Grief can profoundly affect our emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. This presentation explores how hypnosis and other healing modalities can provide a safe, compassionate pathway to work through grief, process emotions, and reconnect with inner strength, while helping individuals understand hypnosis as a practical tool for healing and positive change. The focus is not on forgetting or “moving on” from a loved one, but on finding healthier ways to carry the love, honor the relationship, and move forward with greater peace and purpose. This work can help demystify hypnosis and demonstrate its potential as an accessible, empowering approach to navigating grief and supporting transformative wellbeing.
Drawing on more than 15 years of supporting individuals with disabilities, along with my own healing journey, I offer an integrative approach that recognizes each person’s experience as unique. I combine Hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Somatic Breathwork, Reiki, and other healing modalities to support deep healing, transformation, freedom, and meaningful change. Through practical applications, participants can discover how these approaches may support emotional regulation, release limiting beliefs, reduce overwhelm, and develop greater self-awareness and resilience during times of loss and transition.
Sri is, a Washington State Certified Hypnotherapist specializing in 5-PATH® Hypnosis. At Sri-enity Hypnosis, I create a safe, compassionate space to explore what holds you back and reconnect with your inner strength. Drawing on 15+ years supporting individuals with disabilities, along with my own healing journey, I integrate Hypnosis, EFT, Somatic Breathwork, Reiki, and other modalities to support deep healing, transformation, freedom, and meaningful change.
